The Group
As a parent company, SHTC has been providing exclusive
bathroom fittings and accessories in the Indian market
since 1996. Following in the footsteps of our visionary and
hardworking founder, Shri Ramakanth Sarda, SHTC recently
expanded its offerings by incorporating Kasa Bath Fittings
Pvt. Ltd. in 2020 to manufacture its own line of premium
bathroom fittings. Kasa Bath Fittings is committed to the
same dedication that SHTC has brought to the market for
over two decades.

The group offers a wide range of bathroom products that

Art Of Manufacturing
casting
At the start of the faucet’s journey, a raw and
unremarkable brass bar is melted in a furnace
at a temperature exceeding 1000 degrees
Celsius. The molten brass is then cast and
poured into molds to create a uniformly cast
brass faucet body of high quality.
Technical specifications:
- Our method of melting involves the use of an inductive furnace.
- We use virgin Brass ingots / Brass Honey.
- Core shooters are used to achieve consistency.

MACHINING

After the casting process, the faucet undergoes
machining, which is a computer-controlled
process. Our cutting-edge machinery and
skilled labour ensure that the cast body is
finished to a high degree of smoothness. We
use high-precision equipment during the
machining process, which provides longer life
and increased durability to the faucet.

- We use a special purpose machine(SPM)to design a faucet.
- To attain a high level of precision, machining is carried out with great care and attention to detail
GRINDING & POLISHING
The faucet undergoes a meticulous polishing
process to achieve a smooth and lustrous.
surface. Skilled artisans carefully polish the
rough casting by hand, paying close attention
to detail. The final result is a finely curved
smooth surface achieved through careful
buffing.

DUPLEX NICKEL CHROME PLATING

The brass faucet undergoes a duplex nickel
chrome plating process that involves
immersing it in an electrolytic bath. As a result,
the faucet is endowed with an exceptional
chrome layer that guarantees durability.

ASSEMBLING
A single faucet is a complex piece of
engineering, consisting of nearly 30 distinct
components. Skilled workers with specialized
knowledge come together to carefully
assemble each part into a fully functional
product before dispatch. Every faucet
undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it is leak-
proof and delivers optimal water flow.
